Introduction to TotalCare Oasis
As Hong Kong's population ages, having an elderly family member is increasingly common. When health declines and long-term care is needed, carers often face overwhelming pressure from daily responsibilities and care demands, which can lead to significant emotional strain. Many feel isolated, losing touch with their social lives and lacking support during challenging times.
TotalCare established "TotalCare Oasis", a sanctuary for carers to find relief and support. Here, they can momentarily set aside their worries, recharge, and enjoy a peaceful respite from their journey.

At "TotalCare Oasis," carers can enjoy a comfortable space that offers tranquility and the option to temporarily entrust their elderly family members to Haven of Hope TotalCare Day Centre (HK West) located in the same Kwun Lung Lau block. This allows them to set aside their caring responsibilities and alleviate physical and mental stress. "TotalCare Oasis" also hosts a variety of activities designed for carers, including fun group sessions, self-motivation activities, and stress relief exercises, enabling them to make new friends and establish a healthy social life.
