Community Care Service Voucher (CCSV) for the Elderly

TotalCare operates various SWD-recognised service units under the Community Care Service Vouchers (CCSV) for the Elderly. Eligible conditions are as follows:

  • Assessment under the Standardised Care Need Assessment Mechanism for Elderly Services indicates suitability for community care or residential care services.
  • Currently on the Central Waiting List for Long Term Care Services for subsidised community care and/or residential accommodation.
  • Not receiving any residential care or subsidised community care services.

Service Features

Quick Service

The service units can arrange for elderly individuals to access services shortly after receiving their service applications.

Service Options

Elderly individuals can utilise both our 'Day Centres Services and/or Home Support Services as needed.

Fee Structure

Service charges are based on Social Welfare Department standards and a financial assessment of the elderly individual and their household income, determining payment levels (5%, 8%, 12%, 16%, 25%, or 40% of the fee) with the balance covered by the Department.
