TotalCare Day Centres

TotalCare has day centres in different districts, which are also SWD-recognized service units under the 'Community Care Service Voucher for the Elderly Scheme.' We can quickly provide care services for elderly individuals in need, thereby alleviating the caregiving burden on families, allowing elderlies to leave their homes, receive rehabilitation and nursing services at our centres, and enjoy their own social life.

Professional Assessment

Social workers, nurses, and therapists assess users to create personalised rehabilitation and care plans.

Escort Service

Point-to-point rehabilitation bus service for users, with pick-up at nearby drop-off points (limited availability).

Basic Nursing

Monitoring vital signs, blood sugar testing, wound care, medication guidance, and nutritional advice to ensure user safety and health.

Personal Care

Trained staff assist with personal activities such as feeding, medication, and toileting.

Rehabilitation Exercise

Personalised rehabilitation exercises created by therapists, with guidance on using training equipment.

Cognitive Training

Targeted group activities and games designed to enhance memory, communication, and daily living skills, helping to slow cognitive decline in elderly individuals.

Engaging social activities and individual support for mental and emotional well-being.

Meal Service

Nutritious meals, including breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea, with modifications and feeding assistance as needed.

Medical Follow-Up Escort

Assistants escort users to clinics or hospitals for consultations and help with medication collection.

TotalCare day centres are recognised service providers of Community Care Service Voucher (CCSV) for the Elderly Scheme under Social Welfare Department. Voucher holders can use vouchers to cover service fees, while elderly individuals without vouchers can access services on a self-financing basis.
