Personal Care

Health workers or personal care assistants help elderly individuals with bathing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, feeding, and medication reminders, enhancing their comfort and quality of life.

Rehabilitation Exercise

Rehabilitation exercises are carried out by physiotherapists, therapy assistants, health workers, or personal care assistants (a physiotherapist's assessment is required beforehand).

Cognitive Training

Cognitive training is provided by occupational therapists, therapy assistants, health workers, or personal care assistants (an occupational therapist's assessment is required beforehand).

Medical Follow-Up Escort

Medical escort assistants escort patients to designated clinics or hospitals for consultations and other medical procedures, returning to designated locations afterward.

Companionship and Supervision

Health workers or personal care assistants provide daily living support and companionship for elderly individuals, ensuring their safety at home and allowing carers some much-needed relaxation.

Feeding / Tube Feeding

Personal care assistants assist with general feeding, while health workers or nurses provide tube feeding to ensure a safe eating process and adequate nutrition and hydration.

Wound / Stoma Care

Depending on the complexity of the wound or stoma, services may be provided by nurses or health workers (dressing materials should be provided by the users).
